Coming Quickly: Takoro Lives!! by Assault Peter
Spoke Artwork is happy to current Takoro Lives!!, a solo present that includes new restricted version prints from Peter Santa-Maria (aka ATTACK PETER) is a Miami-based illustrator and printmaker recognized for his hand-carved linoleum block prints that includes authentic monsters, kaiju and popular culture icons. His notably daring fashion is influenced by American conventional tattoo flash, paintings from Japanese and Thai historic durations, and Golden Age illustrators reminiscent of Jack Kirby.
Lots of Peter’s prints characteristic his creation, the tentacled kaiju Takoro, and he has collaborated with manufacturers reminiscent of Marvel, Toho, Nongshim Shin Noodle Soup and most not too long ago, Mighty Jaxx for his newest designer toy Daruma. A printmaking knowledgeable with singular fashion, Peter has gained a devoted fan following via his authentic designs, memorable collaborations and work throughout comics, video games and rather more. Santa-Maria is an in-house artist at Skybound Leisure.
